We visited Arizona again a couple of weeks ago and Arden took a real liking to her Uncle Nate. Given her recent onset of mama's girl-itis, we could not believe her reaction to him. She laughed and smiled like they were old pals. He must have some kind of magical power with kids (or possibly Arden thought he was her daddy?) It's anyone's guess.
Brad and Whitney Smith came to UT for a visit - so fun! Arden loved having them around, except when they looked at her the wrong way, then she let em have it. She's quite expressive for someone who can't talk.
(in this one, she's demonstrating her ventriloquist face, its quite impressive really)This last week has been a feisty one with Arden. We think she's teething based on some subtle clues she's giving us (i.e. drooling and chomping down on any thing or person in her path, loving ice chips, whining and fussing, swearing, etc).
But regardless of her drooliness, fussiness, or feistiness, she is still pullin off some serious cuteness. Just ask her.
