Camping

We haven't been camping in years. For some reason sleeping on the ground, freezing cold weather, bear attacks, and roaring fires just don't seem that baby friendly. And since "baby" is our phase of life right now - we just haven't done much outdoorsy stuff. But this weekend we were lucky enough to camp the "baby friendly" way with the Rose family and their new camping trailer. Everyone sleeps comfortably in their posh outdoor palace and we had so much fun enjoying the outdoors, fishing, and eating s'mores. Thanks so much Scott and Suzanne!


We went to the nearby Strawberry Reservoir area and the water was beautiful.



Sick! This is a craw-dad (sp?) up close and personal. I grew up fishing for these in the canal. Again, sick!


Sam caught a huge trout - way to go Sam! It was exciting to reel it in and see it was a keeper!
