Better late than never

Arden's First Steps - October 8, 2007 - 18 months old
I know this is embarassingly late for Arden to be taking her first steps, but we are still so proud! Maybe prouder than most considering we've been waiting about 8 months for it to happen. One of the first lessons I learned as a new parent is that kids do things when they want, how they want, and with the attitude they want. They come with their own set of rules and no one bothers to share those with you. I think that's what makes life so interesting and fun.
