September 2016

Our baby boy keeps getting bigger and cuter!

And his hair, awesome-er..... yes, I said awesome-er

The first weekend of the month was epic! Jen and I enjoyed a long-overdue sister weekend in Salt Lake! We started planning it months and months ago when we found out the Dixie Chicks were going on tour again. They hadn't been in concert since we were in our teens. It was an incredible concert and the perfect weekend of sleeping in, massages, eating out, shopping, and lots of catching up and laughing.

This awesome creature did some type of interpretative dance through the entire concert. His tie-dye kimono and silver sequin, knee-high boots really took his look over the top.

We randomly ran into these fun stokes cousins at the concert! It was awesome!

Jen and I stayed downtown at the Marriot City Center and walked around alot for food and shopping. It was just our luck that this same weekend was SLC Comic Con. So many great sites and folks. It was stuff you had to see to believe. Grown adults, dressed in costume walking the streets looking at us like we were the weirdos. Hahahaa, good stuff.

The following Monday was Labor Day and we enjoyed a visit to our favorite double great Grandma Stokes. Always so special to be around her. She is so full of love and personality no matter her age. Love her so much!

Snuggles with his Daddy.

A fun boating day on the new L9 boat.

I surprised the girls one afternoon with an early check out from school and tickets to see Beauty and the Beast at Hale Center Theater. It was so fun to enjoy this fantastic performance with my favorite little ladies. They are getting so big, I can't believe how fast time is going!

Lewis longs to be outside pretty much any time he isn't outside, haha. Hope he survives the long, cold winter ahead.

June and Ruby started their second year of Kindermusik with the beloved Miss Anne. We love this lady and this class! The girls learn so much about music and all its genres.

Taylor Fall Carnival was another success! Such a fun tradition these kids look forward to every year.

Susan started a competitive soccer league this summer and has loved everything about it. This month, we got to take the entire team to Boondock's as part of the Mayor's Cup tournament. Here are these cute girls getting reading for laser tag. Such a cute team!
One-za, two-za, three-za, Forza!

 Such goofy golfers!

A Sunday evening walk with these darling kids is pretty much perfect.

Susan gave her friend Lyndee a pedicure for her birthday and got to join her in the pampering. Lucky girls!

More snuggling with our buddy. He loves to snuggle when the girls are laying on the floor, silly buddy!

He also loves to be bounced on the mini tramp. So many giggles!

Four hymnbooks for four girls. Sharing is too hard ;))
