Our Winter 2015 had some of our favorite traditions and a few new happenings too.
Lewis tries solids, he had quite an audience for this one!
He's a very big fan of food, he fits right in around here!
And he loves baths in his little lounger, who wouldn't!
And our Christmas season wouldn't be complete without a trip to the theatuh! We saw Babes in Toyland and the girls thought it was amazing!
Another wonderful nephew and another wonderful wedding! Congrats Zach and Lindsie!
Thanksgiving visit from our favorite Arkansans, the Parkers!
So fun to have them stay with us, they have such sweet, funny, darling, helpful kids.
Another repeat from last year was the live Christmas tree, we are loving this tradition, it smells delish. Here we are shopping for the perfect evergreen.
We have never visited THE Santa Clause before so we decided to give it a go at Park Station. We lucked out and arrived 15 minutes before they opened to find NO LINE! It was a true Christmas miracle to this mama of five.
We did some shopping and enjoyed the holiday spirit sans snow on this December day.
Another of our favorite traditions . . . Christmas dresses! The girl's looked so elegant and felt so itchy in their darling sequins. Sorry ladies! And Lewey, what do we say, he's the lucky boy who gets to wear an outfit that seems a lot more like pj's than Sunday clothes.
Finally the snow falls! Yay!
Christmas cookie decorating with friends is another favorite tradition. This year mommy skipped the baking and enjoyed it even more with store bought cookies, haha!
And another favorite, the gingerbread house decorating! The girls love this so much!
And how fun to get a special early gift from Uncle Jake in Australia! Love these socks, thanks Tom and Katie!
One of our favorite Christmas Eve traditions is to open the gifts the girls got for eachother, everyone loved their gifts, good job girlies!
Christmas morning was lovely, lots of dollies and dancing. The girls were all smiles and Lewey loved the boxes and paper like all good babies do.
Merry Christmas Lambchops!
And best of all, our cousin-palooza with the Rigby's! We had so much fun playing, sledding, jumping, eating, welcoming home Brockton, and just hanging out.
Making signs for Brockton's big return!
Yay! He's home!
Lizzy's Birthday! An outing at City Creek was just the ticket! We're so glad you were born Liz!
The elves Marco and Edna hooked us up with matching jammies again! Yahoo!
haha, Lucy's a hoot!
Ringing in the new year with fireworks and blowers!
And a fun frozen run with my cutest friends! Happy 2016!
After all the company went home, I found these cute girls playing airplane like this, it was so funny to hear .... "All aboard Lambchop Express Air!" and then "Ma'am you better get control of that baby of yours or our next stop will be the orphanage! #parentfail hahaha!
January brough Susan's two besties' baptisms, Lindsie and Adam. We were so thrilled to be there on their special day!
And now for a little "Love on Lewie" moment:
This sweet boy did so good rollin with the crazy schedule of the holidays and all the coming and going of family and friends. He was such a trooper and let's everyone hold him and snuggle on him. He has the cutest little crooked smile on the planet and is so adored by his sisters.
Ruby asks to hold him about every 10 minutes, she's obsessed and it's adorable.
Something I always think is so funny is how we always see siblings, grandparents, uncles, aunts, or cousins in our babies. Here's a side-by-side of Lewis and his cousin Gavin who's 14 years older than he is, but you can certainly see those Palmer genes coming through haha. So cute!
And here's another side-by-side of Lewey and Arden, lot's of similarities here too, lucky boy!
Not so lucky being forced to wear jeans and a classic Christmas sweater vest. He's more of a soft, cotton jammies kinda guy haha.
Also, I couldn't leave out this adorable bum shot, I love squishy baby bums so very much. He's the cutest.
Lewis loves his Daddy more than just about anybody. He lights up when he's around, it's pretty much the best.
